Domain questions
When is a domain registered?
A domain is registered only after payment and confirmation by the registry or registrar.
Can the domain connect to my hosting automatically?
Yes. When domain and hosting are selected together, Hootigo can apply the required hosting DNS records automatically.
Do domain renewals happen automatically?
Automatic renewal is shown separately in the portal and depends on an active payment arrangement and sufficient notice before expiry.
Know where your domain and DNS are managed
Registration, renewal and transfer are separate operations. The final availability check and price are shown before ordering.
Change DNS with the provider named by the domain’s nameservers. The portal shows DNS authority and the live zone when the provider supports a complete read.
The current Dynadot integration is read-only because safe remote version-controlled writes are unavailable. Change records in the DNS provider’s control panel or ask support. Registering a domain alone does not connect a website or email.

Hosting for 12, 24 or 36 months is paid for the chosen term. The monthly equivalent is not the full amount due. Domain registration is priced separately for the first 12 months; any applicable discount appears in the final quote. Future renewal prices may change.
